The control system can operate on up a maximum of 4 peristaltic pumps for metering 4 liquid chemical products. The peristaltic pumps send the metered product to the piston pump which injects the chemical product into the pressure line. Two models: P100 and P150. Peristaltic pump P100 takes hoses of Ø3.2mm, Ø6.4mm and Ø9.6mm; peristaltic pump P150 takes hoses of Ø12mm and Ø17mm. These are activated by a a multiphase reduction motor with variable Rpm.

The nozzle has tips at its end which allows it to break the protective film on sealed containers holding chemical products. It is made using anticorrosive material. Versions: with 1/2” BSP male connector and 18x1.5 male connector. The version with valve is featured by a fixed nozzle starting to deliver only when the container, overturned, is pressed downwards, allowing the operator to work under safe conditions.
