It can transfer liquid from 20 litre cans up to 200 litre drums. It is fitted with three different adapters for sampling holes of from 46.5 mm up to 60 mm. The internal tube consists of four pieces that can be adjusted according to the height of the sample receptacle. The metering unit tap can be mounted directly on the pump or it can be left free with a flexible tube. The tap handle can be used in two different operating modes: the first with continuous flow opening, the second, with short pulses for fine metering. It is not necessary for the operator to pump continuously. Flow rate from 8 to 20 litres per minute depending on the viscosity of the liquid.

Cod. 20130199 ELECTRICAL INTAKE SYSTEM. The peristaltic pumps are used to metre and transfer a liquid chemical product in units. The control system can operate on up a maximum of 4 peristaltic pumps for metering 4 liquid chemical products. The peristaltic pumps send the metered product to the piston pump which injects the chemical product into the pressure line. Two models: P100 and P150. Peristaltic pump P100 takes hoses of Ø3.2mm, Ø6.4mm and Ø9.6mm; peristaltic pump P150 takes hoses of Ø12mm and Ø17mm. These are activated by a a multiphase reduction motor with variable Rpm.
