Cod. 20120599 ELECTRICAL INTAKE SYSTEM. The peristaltic pumps are used to metre and transfer a liquid chemical product in units. The control system can operate on up a maximum of 4 peristaltic pumps for metering 4 liquid chemical products. The peristaltic pumps send the metered product to the piston pump which injects the chemical product into the pressure line. Two models: P100 and P150. Peristaltic pump P100 takes hoses of Ø3.2mm, Ø6.4mm and Ø9.6mm; peristaltic pump P150 takes hoses of Ø12mm and Ø17mm. These are activated by a a multiphase reduction motor with variable Rpm.
Cod. 63520599 ASPIRATION GUN KIT WITH TUBE AND BALL VALVE KIT WITH TUBE. These accessories can be coupled to mixers with the eddy unit mounted inside the hopper. They are particularly suitable for dust suction, which is sucked from the container and transferred directly to the mixer drain without passing through the mixing hopper. They can also be used for liquid suction. Operation is determined by the internal eddy feed pressure of at least 4-5 bar.

Cod. 00186200 Compact stand-alone system composed of a 450 l/min. centrifugal pump, 5.5 HP internal-combustion engine, dual-valve system and containment frame. It can be coupled to any type of tank to obtain a chemical mixing unit and fast liquid transfer. The dual-valve system with the two levers on the same axis facilitates all the suction and delivery operations for the user. The components are made of a material resistant to aggressive chemicals and the frame is painted by cataphoresis.
Cod. VTCD6000 The modular valve was born of the experience with the recirculation valve and the tandem valve and uses both technical concepts to control the entire distribution of the sprayer including the main on/off valve and the proportional pressure valve. Aluminium body treated with a cataphoresis cycle. Viton O-rings and Teflon-PTFE seals. Interchangeable Nylon flanges with different couplings and sizes. Possibility of constructing various models based on the sizes and the technical requirements to be satisfied.
Cod. P0004918 Polmac presents the Cup Key to put up and remove spraying nozzles on the booms spraying pesticides. The nozzle is currently fit and removed from the nozzle-holder by hand with big difficulty. Without the use of any protective device, injuries to fingers and the certain contact with chemical products are to be risked, while the help of gloves doesn’t assure any handiness, due to the small size of the nozzle and the narrow space of the structure (spraying boom) on which they are mounted. For fitting on the nozzle-holder, the nozzle with bayonet connection has to be inserted into the Cup Key and a 45° circular move has to be effected up to the locking of the nozzle. The removal procedure is carried out following the reversed operation. At the end of these operations the Cup Key has to be removed to be used afterwards.
