Polmac produces 12 volt direct current electrical drives for ball valves of various dimensions and characteristics (3-6 way for 1’’ ¼ to 2’’ ½ valves) with 2 different set-ups for a wide range of requirements and characteristics for the plant to be driven: vertical motor-drive with epicyclical reduction gear, horizontal motor-drive with worm-screw reduction gear. Cod. 68121799 The electrohydraulic motor drive system applicable to all the 5-way (4 outlets) and 6-way (5 outlets) ball valves allows reaching any position using a hydraulic feed with a minimum pressure of 40 bar. The solenoid valve integrated in the system is connected to a 12VDC control which displays the ball position. There are three types of sensor to determine the position: microswitches, reed sensors and sensors for the radio frequency control.
